All rooms are accessible via stair/lift access to the first floor and there is access on the first floor to toilet facilities including disabled toilet facilities and disabled access. All rooms have access to a shared kitchen facility to the first floor. The cost of these rooms on the first floor are £350 per room( including VAT).
- Room 1 measurements are 295cm length x 375cm width
- Room 2 measurements are 275cm length x 375 width
- Room 4 measurements are 247cm length x 330cm width with built in storage cupboard
- Room 5 measurements are 310cm length x 330cm width
(Rooms 1 and 2 overlook Tilford Road). (Rooms 4 and 5 overlook the Courtyard area)
